Natalia Vladimirovna Frolova is appointed as Acting Rector of Leonov University of Technology

By order of the Minister of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation Natalia Vladimirovna Frolova was apponited as Acting Rector of Leonov University of Technology.

Natalia Frolova graduated from the Tyumen State University in 1995 and in 1999 graduated from the postgraduate studies at this university. In 2018 she completed the Master's studies at the HSE University. Natalia Frolova has the degree of Doctor of Law and the academic title of Associate Professor. She is the author of over 60 scientific publications.

Natalia Frolova had an appointment as director of the Tobolsk Pedagogical Institute named after D.I.Mendeleev (branch) of Tyumen State University, Vice-Rector of Tyumen State University and Yugra State University. She also worked as a teacher and legal adviser. She was awarded a diploma of the Ministry of Education and Science of Russia and has the honorary title of «Honored Lawyer of the Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug – Yugra».

The last position before the appointment was an adviser to the administration of the State University of Management.
